Job Title: Halal Executive Intern / Trainee Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Halal Executive Intern / Trainee to support our halal certification and compliance operations. This internship provides practical exposure to halal certification processes, quality control, and on-site auditing. Key Responsibilities - Assist the company in halal certification and compliance activities - Perform data entry and maintain records in the e-Halal system - Support quality control (QC) checks and assist in on-site audits for customers - Prepare audit reports and compile required documentation - Assist the halal team with daily operational tasks Internship Benefits - Practical hands-on experience in halal certification and auditing - Exposure to industry standards and regulatory requirements - Guidance and mentoring from experienced halal executives - Opportunity for future full-time employment (subject to performance) Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in: Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or any related field - Basic knowledge of halal standards is an added advantage - Good attention to detail and documentation skills - Willingness to travel for site visits if required
