Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events, workshops, and community activities. The role involves developing online and offline marketing campaigns to drive event participation, brand awareness, and lead generation. Additionally, the candidate will manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events, workshops and community activities, including pre-event publicity, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive event participation, brand awareness and qualified lead generation.
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, setup, logistics transportation, manpower planning (including part-time promoters), and on-ground execution.
- Explore and develop new event concepts, partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and community collaborations relevant to nature of industry.
- Maintain and grow relationships with vendors, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance event reach and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams (digital, design, content, and sales) to ensure consistent branding and integrated campaign execution.
- Manage social media content planning and scheduling related to events, campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Handle event invitations, attendee engagement, feedback collection, and community interaction across multiple channels.
- Prepare event documentation, timelines, and post-event reports including performance analysis and key insights.
- Conduct site visits, ensure compliance with event requirements, and oversee on-site operations to ensure smooth execution of exhibitions, workshops, and community events.
- Monitor industry trends within the parenting, mother & baby, and family space to continuously improve event concepts and engagement strategies.
- Achieve monthly targets for workshop participation, engagement, and lead generation.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment required by superior / manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, community engagement, or marketing campaigns (experience in parenting, FMCG, education, or lifestyle industries is an added advantage).
- Strong experience in planning and executing end-to-end events, workshops, or campaigns (online and offline).
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for event promotion and community engagement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in vendor management, venue coordination, and on-site event execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage parents, families, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and community collaborations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with event attendance or engagement KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in event logistics, timelines, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional marketing team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools; familiarity with Canva or design tools is an added advantage.
