Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive for a retail role in Malaysia, open to Malaysians only. The position involves customer engagement, sales, store operations, and merchandising within a sports environment. Training will be provided, making it suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet customers, demonstrate products, and close sales using friendly, consultative conversations.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets while suggesting add-ons and suitable alternatives.
Store Operations & Merchandising
- Keep displays tidy, restock shelves, and ensure pricing and signage are accurate.
- Assist with receiving shipments, checking inventory, and flagging low-stock items for reorder.
Reporting & Teamwork
- Record sales and customer feedback, and share insights with the team to improve store performance.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and help maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum SPM or equivalent, with any retail or customer-facing experience considered a plus.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with around 0 years of experience; availability for retail hours including weekends is expected.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Familiarity with sports products or willingness to learn product features and fit for footwear and apparel.
Soft Skills & Qualities
- Friendly communicator with a service mindset and patience when helping customers choose products.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn while working well in a small, supportive team.
