Job Summary
This role is responsible for executing program and project activities with a focus on efficiency, quality, and maintaining a high success rate. The Associate will manage program implementation, collect and update data for impact management, and support resource development efforts. Additionally, the position involves community outreach, general management support, and coordination with government affairs and stakeholders.

Job Details
Program Execution Executes all program and project activities with a focus on efficiency, quality, and maintaining a success rate above 90%. Manages program implementation, ensuring tasks are completed on or ahead of schedule. Leads and documents program meetings to support clear communication and stakeholder accountability. Keeps stakeholders informed on progress and milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Impact Management Collect and constantly update data for impact management. Gathering documentation from stakeholders and internal work to back data collection. Document and report all programs as required. Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and reference. Research and monitor ongoing development and sustainability of Impact Malaysia’s training framework.
Resource Development Contribute support to all resource development efforts for the brand. 80% of targeted research work met for program development. Contribute to native communications contents.
Outreach and Community Building Expand brand’s participation or audience pool. Ensure all program attendance quotas are met. Ensure sufficient program partnership with relevant institutions and provide strategic input from communities towards targeted program impact and efficiency. Maintain a database of program experts and stakeholders and do stakeholder engagement for program execution.
General Management Supports the strategy, planning, execution, and monitoring of Impact Malaysia’s programs and initiatives. Ensures quality control across finance, administration, systems, and resource management to meet business internal goals. Manages digital storage systems and production assets, ensuring proper documentation and archiving. Engages in continuous capacity building, shares knowledge with the team, and handles ad-hoc duties as needed.
Communications & Government Affairs Ensure clear and compliant communication of programs and social impact content to the public. Collaborate with Government Affairs on government-related matters, compliance, and relevant tasks. Prepare accurate and accessible routine reports for management review. Coordinate communications, reports, and submissions to the Ministry of Youth & Sports and other government agencies.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management. 1–2 years of working experience in a related field with proven track record in coordinating or managing programs on social work, volunteerism, youth & community building, non-profits organization and prior internships are welcomed. Candidates with Program coordination and development, Impact measurements and reporting, Capacity-building, Research and resource development skills highly welcomed to apply. Must be detail-oriented, posses good organization skills, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Advanced knowledge of Office / MacOS work applications, and co-working applications i.e Google Suite apps and Project management applications using either Scrum / Kanban frameworks will be added advantage.
