The Project Designer (Sales) acts as the primary liaison between clients and the internal creative team. This role involves translating client visions into actionable design proposals, managing budgets, and overseeing project execution. The successful candidate ensures timely delivery and high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between clients and our internal creative and operations teams.
- Understand client needs and translate their vision into compelling proposals and actionable plans.
- Prepare and manage design proposals, budgets, and quotations, ensuring alignment with creative standards and project guidelines.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.
- Own transport is required.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a hands-on attitude.
