Job Summary
Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Berhad is seeking an Internship Intern for their Human Capital-Learning & Development team. The role involves managing training logistics, supporting digital learning platforms, and designing engaging communication materials. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or early professionals with a background in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute training logistics and events
- Design communication materials like posters and EDMs
- Support digital learning and LMS tracking
- Collaborate across departments for HR initiatives
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or HR (Min CGPA 3.0)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Job Details
Bring training experiences to life — from planning to execution (booking accommodation, classroom setup, F&B arrangements, training logistics)
Own exciting events like Onboarding, Culture Workshops & Learning Carnivals
Design communication that pops — posters, EDMs, QR codes
Support digital learning — upload content, test e-modules, track learner progress in LMS
Keep things running smoothly — schedule programs, prepare materials & manage vendors
Track impact — attendance, survey results, and simple reporting dashboards
Experiment with new tools — AI assistants, MS PowerPoint, Forms, Canva-equivalent, etc.
Collaborate with different departments — from HR to relevant business units
Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent, Psychology and Human Resources
Minimum CGPA of 3.0
Experience
Fresh graduates or those with up to one year of work experience
Key Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good analytical thinking and presentation skills
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of staff across the company
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong numerical aptitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Oracle HCM and proficiency in e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline and iSpring, would be of an added advantage
