Job Summary

We are seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and team management at NU EMPIRE. Responsibilities include managing cash banking, conducting monthly stock takes, and ensuring accurate POS inventory records. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail operations and a diploma or relevant background.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily cash banking and smooth store operations
  • Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain accurate POS inventory
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve goals
  • Ensure all staff follow SOPs and visual merchandising guidelines

Required Skills

  • Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Retail operations and inventory management skills
  • Strong communication and team motivation abilities

Job Details

Duty and main responsibilities 1 Ensure the daily cash banking, and store operation smoothly control on store expenses. 2 conduct stock take for all FOS stores monthly with follow the planning schedule. 3 Ensure all stock delivery accurate vs the POS inventory report 4 Ensure the stock transfer transaction in the POS completed by monthly stock closing 5 Ensure all VM and stock merchandising is tidy and follow the guideline 6 Motivate and coaching the sales team in order to achieved company goal. 7 make sure all staffs are follow the SOP and procedure to operate the FOS stores. Requirements Qualifications Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields. SPM holders with relevant retail supervisory experience are encouraged to apply. Experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Experience in retail operations, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Experience in home living, furniture, household products, FMCG, or similar retail industries will be an added advantage.
