Job Summary
The successful candidate will prepare and shape dumplings at the restaurant’s open preparation counter in front of the storefront glass. This role requires good hygiene, neat presentation and the ability to work efficiently in a customer-facing environment. Training will be provided for candidates with no previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dumpling fillings, wrappers and ingredients
- Wrap, shape and arrange dumplings at the open counter
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support other kitchen and outlet duties

- No experience required (training provided)
- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance
- Patient and able to perform repetitive handwork
- Able to stand for extended periods and work in shifts
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dumpling fillings, wrappers and other ingredients.
- Wrap, shape and arrange dumplings according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Perform dumpling preparation at the open storefront counter.
- Ensure dumplings are consistent in size, appearance and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organised and presentable workstation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and halal-handling procedures.
- Store ingredients properly and monitor freshness.
- Assist with stock preparation and replenishment.
- Minimise food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
- Support other kitchen or outlet duties when required.
Requirements:
- No previous experience is required; training will be provided.
- Candidates with dumpling-making, food-preparation or kitchen experience are encouraged to apply.
- Male and female applicants are welcome.
- Willing to work at an open preparation counter in front of customers.
- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
- Patient and able to perform repetitive handwork accurately.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Full-time position only.
Salary and Benefits:
- No experience: RM2,000 basic salary per month
- With relevant experience: RM2,500–RM2,800 basic salary per month
- RM150 monthly full-attendance allowance
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions
