Job Summary
As a Service Crew intern, you will help build consistent guest experiences by preparing orders, serving with care, and supporting daily operations. You will develop hands-on hospitality experience, customer service skills, and work closely with a supportive team. Guest Service
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a friendly attitude.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve simple issues to keep service smooth.
Food & Beverage Operations
- Prepare menu items to standard, follow portion and presentation guidelines, and assist in basic food prep.
- Operate the POS, process payments, and support stock rotation during shifts.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas and follow food safety practices at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks to keep the outlet ready for the next shift.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- No prior experience required, suitable for fresh graduates or first-time hires.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of food service and service standards, including order handling and portioning.
- Familiarity with POS operations and basic cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
Soft Skills & Qualities
- Friendly, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
