Sales Engineer

Adopt a consultative sales approach to drive sales growth and build long-term customer relationships. Promote the company's electrical products, including cables, connectors, relays, circuit breakers, and other industrial electrical components to customers across various manufacturing industries. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer visits, solution presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closing of sales opportunities. Conduct daily sales activities, including identifying potential customers through phone calls, visiting customers, and presenting company products and solutions. Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers. Understand customer applications and requirements, and recommend suitable product solutions. Review sales performance and manage customer activities using the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely quotation, order processing, and after-sales support. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related engineering background. Fresh graduates and candidates with entry-level sales experience are encouraged to apply. Possess a valid driving licence and own a vehicle for customer visits. Proficient in Malay, Mandarin, and English, with good communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers. Able to work on-site at Kelana Jaya office.
