Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent and friendly customer service, handling enquiries and after-sales support professionally.
- Recommend products confidently and clearly communicate product value to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, price tagging, and promotional activities.
- Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and inventory organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of working experience (retail experience is an added advantage).
- Prior experience in Sales Executive, Customer Service, or any related industry will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
