Outlet Service Crew
Job Summary
The Outlet Service Crew will manage customer service, food and beverage preparation, and cashiering duties. They are responsible for overseeing online delivery platform orders, maintaining outlet cleanliness, and handling inventory tasks. The role requires a candidate who is energetic, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail or F&B environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries
- Prepare F&B items according to SOP and quality standards
- Manage POS operations, cashiering, and daily sales reconciliation
- Monitor and fulfill orders from online delivery platforms
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and inventory stock levels

### Key Responsibilities
**Customer Service**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Recommend menu items and promotions.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely.
- Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries received through online delivery platforms when required.
**Food & Beverage Preparation**
- Prepare beverages, desserts, and other menu items according to company SOPs.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
- Follow standard portion control to minimize wastage.
**Cashier Duties**
- Operate the POS system efficiently.
- Process cash, QR, debit/credit card, e-wallet, and other payment methods accurately.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Ensure all online platform promotions, vouchers, and discounts are applied correctly.
**Online Ordering & Delivery Management**
- Monitor and manage incoming orders from Grab Food, food panda, and other online delivery platforms.
- Accept, prepare, and complete online orders within the required preparation time.
- Pack orders securely and ensure all items, condiments, utensils, and receipts are included.
- Coordinate with delivery riders during order collection.
**Outlet Operations & Cleaning**
- Prepare the outlet before opening and perform closing duties.
- Refill ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
**Inventory & Stock Handling**
- Receive and check stock deliveries.
- Arrange and store stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Assist in daily and monthly stock counts.
### Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
