Accounting Executive

Responsibilities: - Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). - Perform monthly closing activities and prepare timely financial reports. - Manage and process payroll accurately and confidentially. - Implement and handle the company's e-invoicing system in compliance with LHDN requirements. - Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow. - Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports. - Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as needed. - Ensure all financial transactions and records comply with company policies and Malaysian accounting standards. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Able to handle a full set of accounts independently. - Proficient in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with local and international stakeholders. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is a strong advantage. - Experience in or willingness to learn e-invoicing and digital accounting practices. - Basic understanding of payroll processing. - Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. - Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a team.
