Kitchen Helper Cook

Prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations. Marinate and prepare chicken, beef and lamb satay. Grill satay according to restaurant standards. Prepare sauces and complete skewers for service. Assist with general food preparation when required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations. Monitor and check kitchen stock and ingredients. Ensure ingredients are properly stored and handled. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. Requirements: Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Cook or similar kitchen role is required/preferred. Experience in grilling, food preparation or local cuisine would be an advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Willing to learn and follow food preparation and hygiene procedures. Responsible, punctual and able to work as part of a team. No specific academic qualification required. Able to communicate in Malay; basic English would be helpful. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required. Working Hours & Benefits: Working hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, or according to shift arrangement. Overtime may be available at RM15 per hour. Approximately 1–2 off days per week. Public holidays: 8 days and above per year. Duty meals provided. Uniform provided. Allowance/benefits provided. Accommodation may be arranged if necessary. Probation period: 1 month.
