Mandarin Speaking Java Engineer

Responsibilities: - Participate in the architecture design, technical research, and solution evaluation for the company's payment system. - Set up the development environment, design and implement system solutions, perform coding, and conduct unit testing. - Prepare and maintain detailed system design and technical documentation. - Lead a small development team to deliver projects or subsystem modules while mentoring and developing team members. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with an Internet company background. - Experience in designing and developing large-scale websites or high-traffic business systems. - Proficient in Java, with in-depth understanding of JVM, multithreading, network I/O, and locking mechanisms. - Strong knowledge of MySQL database architecture, principles, SQL development, and optimization. - Deep understanding of database transactions, locks, and indexing. - Familiar with distributed system architecture, distributed caching, and high-concurrency/high-availability systems. - Proficient in Spring, Spring Boot, MyBatis, Redis, Kafka, MQ, Zookeeper, and Dubbo. - Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Spring Cloud microservices. - Excellent communication skills with strong self-management and self-motivation abilities.
