Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide menu recommendations.
- Process payments accurately and assist with daily cashier duties when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee station, dining area, and service equipment.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including station setup, replenishment, and cleaning.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to deliver efficient and friendly service.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Participate in training and continuously improve coffee knowledge, service skills, and operational standards.
