Customer Service
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and enthusiastic attitude.
- Present menus and explain Korean dishes, beverages, and promotions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
Dining Area Operations
- Prepare tables before service and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Ensure sufficient stock of cutlery, condiments, napkins, and service items.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Product Knowledge
- Learn and understand menu items, ingredients, cooking methods, and Korean dining culture.
- Make recommendations and upsell food, beverages, desserts, and special promotions.
Teamwork
- Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support fellow team members during busy periods.
- Support bar and kitchen operations where necessary
