You will work closely with HR and team leaders to brainstorm employer branding campaigns and document company culture. This role involves active participation in content planning, video editing, and monitoring audience engagement.

Job Details

### Role and Responsibilities - Assist in raising brand awareness of DASHER culture on Social Media platforms. - Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, posts) to showcase culture and events. - Brainstorm creative ideas for employer branding campaigns. - Support HR in promoting company culture to attract potential talents. - Follow current trends and best practices on social media platforms such as IG reels and TikTok short videos. - Deliver basic video editing and visualize social media posts. - Plan advertising timelines or calendars for all social media platforms. - Produce reels and short video content on-time and monitor engagement. - Work closely with HR and team leaders to understand employee engagement initiatives. - Produce highlight videos or posts to share internally/externally. ### Requirements - Good command (spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. - Bubbly, creative, and confident personality. - Good team player and willing to go extra miles. - Experience or background in Videographer, Marketing, Ecommerce, Mass Communication, Media, or Social Media is an added advantage. ### Benefits - EPF, SOCSO, EIS Contribution. - Medical Leave and Compassionate Leave. - Laptop and phone provided. - Teambuilding Activities. - Snacks and Refreshment provided. - Staff Discount.
