Job Summary
As a Store Crew member at Summer & Co., you will be involved in the daily operations of our shop, including baking fresh egg cakes and providing excellent customer service. We focus on training individuals from scratch, prioritizing attitude and growth mindset over previous experience or academic credentials. This role offers a warm team environment with clear pathways for career advancement into senior baking or management positions.
Responsibilities
- Bake traditional egg cakes fresh daily
- Manage store inventory and hygiene standards
- Handle daily opening and closing procedures
- Provide friendly customer service and handle inquiries

### Working Hours & Benefits
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM ~ 10:00 PM
- Rest Days: 4 ~ 5 days off per month
