Job Summary
As a Retail Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations to drive sales at our kiosk. You will be responsible for maintaining store presentation, inventory management, and creating engaging content for social media platforms. The role requires a friendly personality and the ability to host livestreams to promote HYGR products.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales & Customer Service:
- Welcome and engage customers proactively.
- Recommend suitable HYGR products based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate products and explain key benefits confidently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences.
Kiosk Maintenance:
- Maintain kiosk cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure testers and displays are well stocked.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all products and promotional materials are displayed correctly.
Requirements:
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams.
- Active user of TikTok, Instagram, or Xiaohongshu.
- Basic content creation or video editing skills are an advantage.
- Sales, retail, promoter, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, personal care, or lifestyle products.
