We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketer fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The role involves content creation, managing digital platforms, and driving engagement across various social channels. Fresh graduates are welcome, and comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Write compelling marketing copy and captions in Mandarin and English.
- Design basic marketing materials using Capcut, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and promotional content.
- Manage social media calendars and schedule content.
- Monitor engagement, analyse campaign performance, and prepare reports.
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and propose new ideas.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team on branding and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or similar disciplines.
- Open to applications from recent graduates.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for developing and overseeing Mandarin content.
- Competent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Enthusiastic about social media and content development.
- Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent creative software is a plus.
- Innovative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
