Product Operations Merchandising Executive
Job Summary
This role involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including inventory tracking, order processing, and logistical coordination. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product databases and ensuring seamless delivery from warehouse to customer. The position also incorporates creative support through basic product photography and digital content archival.

Job Details
Core Responsibilities:
Product & Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update accurate product information, catalogs, and internal databases.
- Manage daily inventory records and conduct routine stock control activities.
- Prepare regular reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel to track product performance.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to prepare quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
- Assist with hands-on packing, shipping, and arranging logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
Creative & Digital Support:
- Conduct basic jewelry photography and maintain highly organized digital product archives.
- Support future social media and digital content initiatives to help expand our online presence.
- Continuously assist in identifying ways to improve internal operational processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is strictly required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for data entry and stock counts.
- Highly organized, honest, and responsible with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a massive advantage.
