The Operations Intern will support KYC compliance processes, manage account opening procedures, and provide frontline support to Mandarin-speaking clients. Job Details
1. KYC & Compliance Support
- Review and verify client KYC documents
- Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation records
2. Account Opening & Client Operations
- Assist clients with account opening procedures
- Handle account amendments and platform setup
- Provide basic platform troubleshooting
3. Client Enquiries & Front-Line Support
- Respond to client enquiries in Mandarin & English
- Guide clients on trading conditions and platform usage
- Work closely with CS & BD teams to ensure smooth client experience
