Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials.
- Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and internal coordination.
- Help update and maintain databases, records, and simple reports.
- Provide support in market research, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in communication between sales and operation teams.
- Join team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree student in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Good command of English & Mandarin in both verbal and written.
- Active in & like to browse social media.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive learner.
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
