Application Engineer

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers using SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries. - Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations. - Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS into their workflows. - Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS. - Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports. - Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. - Understanding of engineering principles and design workflows. - Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and related technologies. - Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software and its applications is an added advantage. - Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Able to articulate engineering information in a understandable context. - Ability to create and organize work documentation. - Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. - Willingness to travel is required. - Certification in SOLIDWORKS (e.g., CSWA, CSWP) is highly desirable.
