Job Summary
SmartB is launching a Graduate Programme for high-caliber fresh graduates aspiring to become future IT Consultants or Project Managers. Participants will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience by working on live projects from needs analysis to delivery. The role focuses on developing technology solutions, managing project plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive training covering our technology solutions, project management methodologies, and client consulting strategies.
- Work alongside experienced IT Consultants and Project Managers on live projects to gain hands-on experience.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand and document client requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for completed projects to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Min of CGPA 3.4 or Upper Second Class (2.1).
- SPM Result: A for both Maths and Additional Maths (or equivalent).
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven history of exceptional academic achievements and active engagement in extracurricular activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
- Knowledge of software development processes and industry trends is a bonus.
