Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of a fast-food and casual-dining outlet. You will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring high service and hygiene standards, and achieving sales targets. This role requires hands-on floor management and coordination with mall operations.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, attendance, hygiene and cashier reconciliation.
- Manage inventory, purchasing and equipment.
- Lead and coach staff; handle customer complaints.
- Coordinate with mall management; support the front line during peak hours.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years as a fast-food / casual-dining Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Halal operations experience an advantage.
- Languages: Mandarin an advantage; English & Bahasa Malaysia.
