Job Summary
The Kitchen Crew member is responsible for cooking and preparing food and beverages according to restaurant SOPs and recipes. They will assist the Kitchen Supervisor in maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards within the kitchen. Additionally, the role involves daily cleaning of tableware and assisting with other operational tasks as directed.

- Cook and prepare food/beverages per recipes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Wash tableware and utensils
- Assist Kitchen Supervisor
- Prepare daily reports

- 1+ year kitchen experience

- Cooking and preparing food & beverages according to restaurant recipes.
- Daily food & beverages mise en place done according to SOPs.
- Assist Kitchen Supervisor in all food and beverages cooking and preparation.
- Washing and cleaning of all restaurant tableware and utensils.
- Ensure all food & beverages quality is always at its best.
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean, neat and with good hygiene.
- Provide daily reports as required by the Supervisor.
- Assist in other tasks as required by the Management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience as kitchen crew.
- Able to converse in English and Malay.
- Helpful and a team player.
