Job Summary
The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily construction operations to ensure projects meet schedules and specifications. You will coordinate contractors and subcontractors while monitoring work performance and quality standards. The role requires ensuring compliance with approved drawings and reporting project status to stakeholders.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure construction activities are carried out according to project schedules and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor site progress, track work performance, and report project status to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
