Job Details
Job Title: Service Crew (Soybean Factory Production & Outlet Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily soybean product preparation and production activities
- Handle basic food processing tasks according to SOPs
- Pack, label, and prepare products for outlet and customer distribution
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of production and outlet areas
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at outlets
- Follow food safety and quality control standards strictly
- Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and inventory checks
- Support supervisors in daily operational needs
- Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations
Working Hours:
- Shift-based work (including weekends and public holidays if required)
- Rotational shifts depending on outlet and production schedule
