Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets and building relationships with restaurant owners. The role involves managing order processing, supporting marketing activities, and providing branding advice to clients. Candidates must be results-oriented and proficient in basic AI and CRM tools.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for achieving assigned sales targets.
- Winning new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Advisory role for restaurants, understanding business owners' needs and advising on their branding efforts.
- Handle order processing and follow up on delivery matters.
- Support marketing activities such as roadshows and promotions.
Requirements:
- University Diploma/Degree (or equivalent) OR SPM qualification with 5 years of sales experience.
- Business Development experience with an online food delivery platform will be an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport.
- Good communication skills (fluent Malay), solution-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented.
- Literate with Microsoft Office tools and CRM.
- Must know how to use basic AI tools.
