Internship Research Design Development

RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in building and improving web applications and mobile applications for Learning & Development and sales use cases. - Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital tools, prototypes, and minimum viable products. - Experiment with AI-assisted coding tools and vibe coding methods to speed up development and problem-solving. - Work with the team to understand user needs and translate them into simple, functional app features. - Assist in integrating AI features, automation workflows, or productivity tools where relevant. - Troubleshoot bugs, test application performance, and suggest improvements. - Document development work, technical decisions, and user guides where needed. - Collaborate remotely with the team through online meetings, task updates, and shared project tools. - Support research on new technologies, platforms, and AI tools that can improve L&D and sales solutions. REQUIREMENTS - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of web development, mobile app development, or software engineering principles. - Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or AI-assisted coding tools is an advantage. - Able to commit to a 3-month internship period. - Able to work remotely with reliable internet access and own laptop or computer. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED - Basic programming knowledge in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar. - Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern web frameworks). - Basic understanding of databases and APIs. - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar. - Exposure to automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms is a plus. - Basic UI/UX awareness and ability to create simple, user-friendly digital interfaces. - Good problem-solving skills and willingness to troubleshoot technical issues. - Good communication skills. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION - Strong interest in building web apps, mobile apps, and digital tools. - Comfortable using AI tools for coding, research, debugging, and idea generation. - Able to do vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and iterative development. - Able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written. - Able to work independently in a remote environment while providing regular progress updates. - Willing to learn new tools, frameworks, and development approaches. - Responsible, proactive, and able to meet agreed timelines.
