Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings and client interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for property sales.

- Maintain consistency in lead generation and deal closing processes.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates, career switchers, and experienced sales agents are welcome.
- English proficiency for speaking and reading.
- Own transport is preferred; ability to travel within KL & Selangor.
- Basic smartphone usage and social media knowledge.
