CSR Intern
Job Summary
Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern to support the CSR team with application processing, data entry, and project tracking. The intern will assist in preparing paperwork, maintaining filing systems, and facilitating communication across departments. This internship requires a minimum commitment of 12 weeks and candidates must be willing to work on-site in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Support CSR team in application processing and data entry

- Assist in preparing paperwork, letters, and reports
- Track progress of approved CSR projects and report delays
Required Skills
- Diploma or Degree in any certification
- Good organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Responsible and positive-minded attitude
Job Details
Support CSR team in receiving, registration and acknowledging all incoming application within timeline. Ensure accurate data entry, tracking of applications for CSR projects. Maintain proper filing systems and documentation. Assist in preparing necessary paperwork, letters or report related to CSR activities. Facilitate effective communication with internal departments. Assist in tracking the progress of approved CSR projects to ensure they are implemented according to timeline, scope, and budget. Highlight any issues or delays for resolution. Requirements Diploma / Degree in any certification Good Organization Skills Responsible Positive-minded Able to use Microsoft Office: Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya Minimum 12 weeks of internship
