Job Summary
As an intern with the DasOps Team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and software development teams by analyzing and documenting requirements. You will support the development lifecycle by contributing to user stories, workflows, and process improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in development methodologies, stakeholder communication, and software development processes.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements through meetings, interviews, and research. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and support process redesign initiatives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, including code changes and process improvements. Create flowcharts, diagrams, and use case documentation.
- Testing Support and Project Support: Assist in test planning, development of test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Help track project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., production, developers, QA teams) to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including QA, design, and project management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Software Engineer/Business Analysis), Information Technology, or equivalent.
