Packaging Machinery Technician

Responsibilities: - Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on packaging machines and equipment. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. - Conducting preventative maintenance and implementing improvement measures to enhance equipment performance. - Documenting and reporting on all maintenance activities and equipment performance. - Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation. - Providing training and guidance to operators on the proper use and maintenance of machinery. - Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry, will be an advantage. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues. - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. - Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Commitment to continuous learning and a proactive approach to professional development. - Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and the ability to work in a safe manner.
