KOL & Event Executive

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain sustainable relationships with influencers, monitor event calendar, and coordinate brand campaigns. - Work with clients to find suitable influencers for their brands and liaise to negotiate rates and agreements. - Monitor all accounts assigned on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis to identify opportunities to retain clients and scale. - Plan, strategize and execute all company and client events. - Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. - Plan, manage, and implement all operational aspects of events. - Develop event and business proposals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). - Proven experience in influencer marketing/event management with a portfolio of successful campaigns. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. - Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms. - Strong project management skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
