Job Summary
The Service Crew member is responsible for assisting with event setup, buffet line preparation, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. They will provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event. Additionally, the role involves coordination with the kitchen team, clean-up operations, and post-event organization.

Job Details
Event Setup & Preparation:
- Assist in setting up buffet lines, dining areas, tables, chairs, and decorations.
- Ensure all equipment, utensils, and food stations are properly arranged.
- Check cleanliness and readiness before event starts.
Food & Beverage Service:
- Serve food and beverages to guests professionally.
- Refill buffet trays and ensure food availability at all times.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Customer Service:
- Greet guests politely and assist with their needs.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Event Support:
- Coordinate with kitchen and event supervisors.
- Follow instructions from team leaders during events.
- Handle basic issues or escalate to supervisor when needed.
Clean-Up & Closing:
- Clear tables and clean dining areas.
- Assist in packing and storing equipment after event.
- Ensure venue is left clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Prior experience in catering, F&B, or events is an advantage.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
