Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations at The Beer factory.
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
- Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Manage restaurant supplies.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Able to manage authorities.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/SPM or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail F&B chain store management with proven and successful track records in F&B management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members.
- Easily adaptable to environment and interact with all level of people.
- Result oriented.
- Able to work under strict datelines.
