Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor Intern will oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, including scheduling tasks and deploying manpower. This role involves supervising on-site teams to ensure all work meets quality standards and client requirements. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring equipment usage and maintaining clear communication across project teams.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Plan, arrange and supervise daily landscape maintenance works.
- Schedule employees’ daily tasks and assign work locations.
- Prepare and submit work reports, site photos, and progress updates.
- Work together with the maintenance team on-site and assist in resolving site issues.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, transportation, and daily work arrangements.
- Ensure all works are completed according to company requirements and client instructions.
- Monitor and control the proper use of tools, machinery, and company vehicles.
- Maintain good communication with clients, project teams, and the office.
Requirements:
- Experience in Landscape Maintenance is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Able to work independently, plan work schedules, and solve on-site problems.
- Possess a valid GDL Licence.
- Willing to travel and work on-site.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with others.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
