She.Skin Face Spa & Salon is hiring a Hair Dresser and a Beautician to join their team in Kota Warisan. The position is open to Muslim women only and involves providing professional hair and beauty services. Candidates should be committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling
- Provide facial and body treatments
- Consult on hair and skin care needs
- Maintain workstation and equipment hygiene
- Promote services and retail products
Required Skills
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Professional customer service skills
- Knowledge of hair treatments and scalp health
- Understanding of facial and body treatment SOPs
Job Details
Hair Dresser
- Wash, cut, color, blow-dry, and style clients’ hair according to their needs and preferences.
- Provide consultations on hair care and scalp health.
- Recommend suitable hair treatments and retail products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Beautician
- Perform facial and body treatments according to company SOPs.
- Provide consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on clients’ needs.
- Promote and sell treatment packages and retail products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
- Deliver professional service and ensure a positive customer experience.
