Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from discovery to delivery. - Translate business goals, user needs, and product opportunities into intuitive digital experiences. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. - Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across digital products. - Map, analyze, and improve user journeys to create seamless user experiences. - Collaborate closely with product teams, strategists, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. - Use AI tools to accelerate workflows, support ideation, improve efficiency, and reduce repetitive tasks, while applying strong human judgment to every outcome. - Ensure designs meet strong standards in usability, visual quality, and business objectives. - Support visual and asset work using Adobe Creative Suite when needed. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or digital experience design. - Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration. - Strong experience working with design systems and scalable UI patterns. - Deep understanding of user journeys, usability, information architecture, and UX principles. - Strong eye for design fundamentals including hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and visual consistency. - Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). - Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, while understanding that strong thinking, taste, and strategy remain human responsibilities. - Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts, articulate rationale, and confidently bring stakeholders along the decision-making process. - Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and polished UI craft.
