Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sale Assistant and Branch Manager to join our team across multiple locations. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing store operations. You will help customers with gadget and accessories purchases while meeting monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with gadget purchases
- Process sales transactions and maintain store cleanliness
- Manage store operations, coach staff, and achieve monthly targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Prior retail experience preferred or no experience welcome
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education

What you'll be doing:
SALES ASSOCIATE
- Greeting customers & welcoming all clients
- Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Demonstrating product features and answering customer questions
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail space
- Restocking and organising merchandise as needed
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or issues
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
BRANCH MANAGER
- Act as a manager, coach and mentor to all store staff.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Lead by example in customer service and consistently display the right attitude.
- Manage store operations, organize and assign tasks and duties to store staff.
- Ensure store targets are met every month.

Requirements:
What we're looking for
- Able to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred / No experience welcome!!
- Good attitude, presentable
- Learning to learn and good discipline
- Team player and eager to develop and grow in the retail industry.
