Job Details
Responsibilities:
- End-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and workplace tools.
- Support Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies.
- Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot problems.
- Perform analysis on type of incidents and service request.
- Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- A final year student with a Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or IT-related field.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English language.
- Minimum 12 weeks of internship.
- Basic knowledge of Windows computer or server support and computer networking.
- Have self-interest in IT Support / IT Infrastructure.
- Has a proactive attitude, attention to details and problem-solving skills.
