Retail Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their travel or lifestyle needs, and recommend the right luggage or bag options. - Sales & Promotions: Drive store sales by introducing product features (e.g., durability, security locks, material, warranty) and ongoing promotions. - Store Maintenance: Keep the store layout neat, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure luggage displays are clean and properly tagged with prices. - Inventory & Stocking: Assist in receiving new stock, checking inventory levels, and arranging items on the sales floor. - Cashiering Duties: Handle point-of-sale (POS) checkout transactions accurately and professionally. Requirements: - Language Skills: Must be able to speak Mandarin to comfortably communicate and assist our Mandarin-speaking customers with their retail needs. - Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred (fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a great attitude are welcome to apply!). - Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality with excellent communication and active listening skills. - Product Knowledge: Quick learner who can easily understand the features of different bags and luggage materials (e.g., durability, lock mechanisms). - Flexibility: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
