Job Summary
We are seeking a Backend Developer to lead our automation and integration efforts by designing systems that connect our platform to external services. You will be responsible for eliminating manual operational work through clean Python scripting and robust API integrations. This is a technical, high-impact role requiring hands-on experience in building reliable, self-running workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automation workflows that interact with web-based platforms and external systems.
- Write clean Python scripts for data extraction, web interaction, and process automation.

- Work closely with operations and product to identify manual processes worth automating.
- Document your work so the team can maintain and extend it.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Solid understanding of web technologies — HTML, CSS, XPath, DOM navigation.
- Hands-on experience with browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Able to write stable, maintainable scripts — not just scripts that work once.
- Self-directed — you can take a problem, figure out the approach, and deliver.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with tools like n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms.
- SQL / basic database knowledge.
- Experience with Git and version control.
