Project Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Project Supervision & Coordination - Supervise specialized flooring installation and finishing projects from commencement to completion. - Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractors and material deliveries. - Monitor project quality, workmanship and compliance with company standards. - Conduct site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects. - Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers professionally. - Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget expectations. - Prepare daily work progress updates and site reports. - Assist management in project planning and operational improvements. Property Maintenance - Oversee day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of company-owned venues and facilities. - Coordinate maintenance works involving: Electrical systems, Plumbing systems, Air conditioning systems, Lighting systems, Glass and façade upkeep, Flooring and building finishes, Drainage and water leak rectifications. - Perform regular maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance scheduling. - Monitor maintenance response time and follow-up actions. - Coordinate emergency repair works when necessary. Operational & Safety Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational SOPs. - Conduct routine safety and condition checks across all properties. - Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and machinery. - Monitor contractor workmanship and safety compliance. - Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and service reports. - Ensure all venues are operationally ready for events and client usage. Requirements - Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building Maintenance, Construction, Engineering or related field preferred. - Minimum 2–5 years experience in project supervision, maintenance or property operations. - Experience in renovation, construction, flooring installation or venue operations is an added advantage. - Basic knowledge in: Electrical systems, Plumbing, Air conditioning, Building maintenance. - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. - Able to work independently and under pressure. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley. - Willing to work flexible hours when required for project or event operations.
