Job Summary
This position involves managing full sets of accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the construction and property development sector. The successful candidate will oversee tax filings, audit schedules, and maintain data integrity within the accounting system. The role requires close coordination with external auditors, tax agents, and management to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy
- 3 years experience in Construction/Property

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure timely payments including cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliation.
- Input data into computerized accounting system.
- Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts and timely submission of monthly and yearly management accounts with audit schedules.
- Liaise with tax agents, external auditors, company secretary, and bankers; ensure all queries are replied to timely.
- Preparation and submission of tax estimate/revised tax estimate.
- Timely filing of auditor's report with relevant authorities, tax filing, annual return, and other compliance matters.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all financial data.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of files.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior management as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting in Construction/Property Development Industry.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in INSOFT Accounting System will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Possess a pleasant, cooperative, positive attitude with good team spirit and good communication skills.
