Business Analyst

Main Roles & Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and performance across procurement, supply chain, commercial support, QA engineering, and document control. - Drive end-to-end process optimization across CoE functions through data-driven analysis and redesign. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business requirements with IT solutions. - Provide consulting insights that drive efficiency and cost reduction across CoE functions. - Identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend innovative AI-driven solutions. - Facilitate workshops and change management programs to ensure smooth adoption of new digital solutions. - Build dashboards and predictive models to provide real-time visibility into COE Hub performance. - Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business. Requirements: Skills: - Business process analysis and documentation. - Cross-functional optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. - Data analytics and visualization. - AI/automation tools for efficiency, compliance, and decision-making. - Proficiency in enterprise software, business applications, MS Office Suite, and project management tools. - Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects. - Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
