### Role Overview
The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (ABM) is the bridge between high-level strategy and tactical excellence. You are the Strategic Implementer for a portfolio of brands, responsible for turning annual visions into detailed quarterly roadmaps. You must be a 'Player-Coach'—equally comfortable presenting budgets as you are managing hands-on tasks like proofreading menus or coordinating influencer events.
### Key Responsibilities
**Strategic Implementation & Planning**
- Quarterly Roadmaps: Translate annual brand strategies into detailed, actionable marketing plans that drive revenue and covers.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and track assigned campaign budgets and A&P spend with strict financial discipline.
- PR & PR Narrative: Drive the brand's PR narrative by maintaining proactive relationships with media and influencer communities.
**Portfolio Management & QA/QC**
- Solo Custodianship: Function as the 360-degree lead for your brands, handling all execution (social, digital, hygiene) when a junior team member is not assigned.
- Execution Quality: Oversee the final QA/QC for your portfolio, ensuring all outputs meet the Continuum luxury standard.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze weekly commercial data and adjust tactical plans in real-time to meet sales targets.
**Professionalism & Accountability (Ownership Mandate)**
- Strategic Ownership: Act with managerial authority. Present completed plans and strategic solutions to the HOD.
- WIP Leadership: Lead weekly WIP meetings, providing concise, actionable direction to the team.
- Responsiveness: Be a proactive communicator, ensuring all internal stakeholders (Finance, Ops) are aligned.
### Working Hours & Flexibility
- Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Operational Flexibility: Due to the nature of F&B and Nightlife, the employee must be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, or irregular hours when necessary.
- Adjusted Event Hours: If required to be present for events or marketing shoots outside office hours, you are advised to be on-site as needed, with potential for adjusted hours the following day based on prior HOD agreement.
### Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years in Brand Management or Senior Marketing roles.
- Strong background in hospitality or luxury sectors.
